14K gold ring, decorated with a lapis lazuli (marquise cabochon cut, 16 x 6.5 mm, 2.68 ct), 22 Akoya ultured pearls (14: 4 mm, 8: 3 ½ to 4 mm) and 6 diamonds (round brilliant cut, total approx. 0.21 ct, clarity I-1, color G-H), bright polished, circa 1960.
